Starting next month, Ian is pleased to be offering a series of all-levels workshops, focusing on three equally challenging and empowering elements of yoga asana:
Sunday, November 13, 1pm-2:45pm: Handstands
Saturday, November 26, 9am-10:45am: Backbends
Sunday, January 15, 1pm-2:45pm: Arm Balances
The workshops will be held in the Yoga Room at System Fitness High Park, where Ian teaches four group classes each week. The great part is that you don’t need to have a System Fitness membership to join in – though, once you visit the gym, you might want one! System Fitness members save $5 off the cost of each workshop, and anyone signing up for all three workshops will receive an 8% discount off the total cost. Spaces are limited, with a maximum of 16 students per class, and preregistration is required to reserve your spot.
